Cell Phone Faceplates

Mycoolcell.com has added a new line to their already extensive selection of accessories. Joining their array of batteries, covers, skins, protectors, cables, hand-free equipment and much more is an assortment of Otterbox 4 iPhone cell phone covers for iPhone and Blackberry users.
Customers will want to protect the investment they have made in their phones by buying the best protection possible at a great price. Two styles of Otterboxrotectors are now available: the Commuter, and the Defender. Both will protect your device from scratches, drops or other shocks. Several color and model choices are available in each.
The Commuter phone protector is a little slimmer, and has a smooth finish, making it easy to slide into a pocket or handbag. The long-lasting cover is fashioned of three layers to provide great protection. the first layer is a film over the screen, which offers excellent defense from scratches and smears. The middle layer is a thin, silicone shock absorber, and the outer layer is beautifully colored, high-quality plastic. Port plugs keep the sensitive ports clean, yet accessible.
The durable, rugged Defender covers are also constructed of three layers. The inner layer of thin silicone film serves as screen protection. The second layer is a tough polycarbonate to guard against damage from jolts, shocks, and falls. The third layer is thin, resilient silicone to further protect the user’s phone. The Defender also includes silicone port plugs to keep dust and dirt out.

@MonkeyBizProductions Thousands of years we’ve been here and nothing technology wise has changed? Where do you live? A cave? a thousand years ago people died from plague that is so now easily treated with pencilin and such. We had to use rocks to hammer things in! We had to walk EVERYWHERE unless we had a horse! Now we have automobiles and phones, and internet. So don’t go posting your comments when you have NO idea what your talking about. =)

There were some that I never seen

@MonkeyBizProductions It has slowed down and become stagnant since the late eighties. The last 25 years. All the stuff you see in cellphones today is not new technology. Its just a advanced variation. They had touch screen PC monitors in the 90′s. I know because I used to play with them in sears. They had cellphones back in 86. Just the touch screens are on cellphones now. We are not as advanced as we like to think. It is all frivilous. No real advancements.

Its so great we have all these types of cellphones, yet we still drive cars that use internal combustion engines that are practically the same as in the first cars and we are still fighting over oil. Yes we certainly are highly advanced because of cellphones, BR players, Ipods, iphones. /sarcasm.

Go to Michael's or Hobby Lobby or the local equivalent, and look for where they have the Swaroski crystals. They'll have the right kind of adhesive there. I use Crystal Effects from Stampin UP, but plain old crazy glue works. Just don't make a mistake because once the glue is on the phone, it's going to stay there. Crystal Effects can be wiped up for a while. If the rhinestones are big enough, Glue Dots minis will work too. I use those in cardmaking for buttons and rhinestones.

As far as faceplates, I haven't had any luck locating any specific to LG phones.

Yes they usually are pretty difficult to change they require alot of Patience as well as special tools and possibly a heat gun….. There are some pretty sensitive parts on the Samsung phones and you could damage it easily if you dont know what your doing… http://www.2valor.com/Service/service.asp?id=1
here is a link that will offer some insight on how to change faceplates on various phone models I didn't see the x495 listed but.. maybe it will give you some ideas.. let me know if you want anything from that website.. they only sell to resellers..
